is the only way to insure your school against employee claims of wrongful termination, wrongful hiring, wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, etc.

Ordinance or Law protection

helps you tear down and rebuild the undamaged portion of your building if your local ordinances require the entire building be re-built. For example, if your local ordinances requires a building that is 75% damaged to be completely rebuilt, insurance will not pay for the demolition or the rebuilding of the 25% undamaged portion without this protection.
